Our Chairman
A man who is fondly and aptly called Samaj Ratna, for his illustritious service for the communities not only of India but across the globe. He inherited the spirit of service from his father, Shri Pandurang Gosavi, a freedom fighter and the eminent social worker of yesteryears. Shri Gautam Gosavi having completed his education in the field of rural social work, in 1976, from Aurangabad, he soon achieved many laurels and was selected as the member of “Institute of Cultural Affairs”.

Some of his major milestones in the career are
• Within Maharashtra, he ran comprehensive training programmed at Akola, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Pune, Sangli, Satara and Ratnagiri, until early eighties.
• He also ran similar programmed in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
• In 1979, in United States, he gave a landmark presentation at Chicago, on “Economic Development and Integrity of regional People°.
• Next year, and again in 1984, he was invited to USA, to speak before the worldwide conference on rural and urban development.
• He also successfully trained for three years, tribal youth of many countries of East Africa.
Smt. MALAN V. ABNAVE
Pillar of Strength of G G Institute
A lady, who staunchly and persistently worked for the growth of G G Institute, since its formative years, is Smt. Malan Abnave. She has played a stellar role in bringing the vision of our Chairman, into reality. A manager par excellence, Smt. Abnave, is the administrator of the institute.
Her perspective planning, deft handling of administrative issues and above all her sympathetic view for the trainees problems, has made her a popular leader among successive batches.
